 The
LS4208 increases productivity by helping employees capture barcode data more
efficiently than with other scanners. Equipped with a multi-line rastering scan
pattern, wide working range and superior motion tolerance, the LS4208 accurately
reads one-dimensional (1D) barcodes, stacked reduced space symbology RSS symbols
and damaged or low-contrast barcodes on the first pass, minimizing the need for
manual data entry. The scanner’s 19-inch scanning range and first-class motion
tolerance gives users greater flexibility to capture data from a variety of
items without pausing between scans, while recently added faster scanning and
decoding capabilities mean employees are able to process more items more rapidly
and spend less time keying in data.
The scanner’s multi-interface and universal cables allow the capability to
connect it to a variety of hosts, allowing easy update to systems. And since the
LS4208 is designed for the newest and emerging 1D symbologies such as RSS bar
codes, the user will be able to continue using the same device for all scanning
requirements, even as requirements change. The LS4208’s optional Intellistand
has the ability to automatically transition between handheld and presentation
scan modes, enabling the capability to use a single scanner to support a variety
of scanning.
Wherever needed to quickly capture and process data - such as at the retail
checkout counter, in medical facilities, such as pharmacies and hospitals, and
in light warehouse environments - this ergonomically designed scanner helps
increase speed, accuracy, improve productivity, cut maintenance costs and reduce

keep on running even after dropped repeatedly to concrete, the LS4208 also

String Decoder. Generally, these free products may only be used by
non-profit organizations. However, when this scanner is purchased from
IDAutomation, a license is granted without this limitation according to the
license agreement. The software may be downloaded once the purchase is
completed.

Advance Exchange is a multi-year Service from the Start program that must be
purchased within 30 days of the product purchase. Excluded from coverage is
damage to consumables such as batteries and damage caused by natural or man-made
