Codabar Barcode Specifications
The Codabar barcode option is specified in IDAutomation Barcode Fonts, Components and Applications to create a Codabar Barcode, which is a symbology that easily encodes numbers without the requirement of check characters.- Using the Codabar barcode option with a font encoder returns text formatted to the Codabar Barcode Fonts.
- Using Uni_Codabar with a universal barcode font encoder returns text formatted to the Universal Barcode Font, which is a single cross-platform font (Windows, MAC, Linux and Unix) that will create several barcode types.
- The Codabar barcode option in all Components and Applications will produce a barcode image.
- Nat_Codabar creates a "Native" barcode from pure text without requiring the installation of any additional fonts or components. These options exist in the Native Generators for Access, Crystal Reports, FileMaker, JavaScript and Oracle Reports.
