Intelligent Mail Barcode Generation Options
The Intelligent Mail barcode option is specified in IDAutomation
Barcode Fonts,
Components
and Applications
to create a
USPS Intelligent Mail
Customer Barcode, which encodes a string of numbers according to
the
USPS encoding rules.
- When the Intelligent Mail barcode option is specified
in a font encoder,
the encoder returns a text string formatted to create an Intelligent Mail
barcode with either the
Postnet
or Universal
Barcode Font.
- When using Uni_IntelligentMail with a
universal barcode font encoder, the encoder returns text formatted
to the Universal
Barcode Font, a single cross-platform font (Windows, MAC, Linux,
Unix, etc.) that creates several barcode types.
- The Intelligent Mail barcode option in all
components
and applications
will produce a barcode image.
