When loading fonts in SAP, the following errors may be received:
Optional TrueType table missing: PCLT
OS/2 table: version not 0/1 but 2

The “Optional TrueType table missing: PCLT” error message is generated by IDAutomation fonts not containing the PCLT table. The presence of this table creates problems with other applications therefore; IDAutomation has chosen not to include it. The font will work without this table, as it is optional, the error message is only meant as a warning.

The error message "OS/2 table: version not 0/1 but 2" can be corrected by recompiling the font with an old version of the OS/2 table. In addition, if SAP is updated to support OS/2 table version 2, the problem may be resolved. To have IDAutomation create a SAP compatible font, an active Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription and a purchase of at least 1 Developer License is required. If the customer has the above requirements, contact IDAutomation with the order ID number and the exact name of the font to convert, then IDAutomation will send the recompiled font.  To reactivate a Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription, please visit here.
