How do I access the most recent version of my software product?
There has been an update to the product I purchased and I would like
to receive the most recent version.
If an active
support agreement is currently in effect through the IDAutomation online
store, please log into
your account by entering the user name (email address associated with
order placement) and the password created at the time of the order. After
logging in, click on "Account" located in the upper right hand corner of
the home screen. On the Account screen, there will be a list of Recent Orders
with a summary of what each order contains if there is more than one. Click
on the "View Order" button of the order that contains the software to download.
The download will be located under Digital Goods section of the online Invoice.
If an active Priority Support & Upgrade Subscription is currently in
effect through RegNow, please
contact IDAutomation
with the RegNow Order ID to receive an updated download link.
