Downloading IDAutomation Barcode Fonts, Components & Applications

1. To download the barcode software, go to the IDAutomation online store and go to "My Account" located at: http://store.idautomation.com/login-st-order.asp
   
    
2. Enter the e-mail address and password created at the time of order.
    
3. After logging in, a screen with the order information and status listed in the "order list" will appear:
   
    
4. Click on the "Order #" link. In this example, Order # 4331 is selected.
   
    
5. In the upper right hand corner, is a link to "My Downloads." IDAutomation has put an arrow indicating the location of the download link in the above image.
    
6. Click on the barcode product package desired.
   
   
   This will open a download box:
   
    
7. If the purchaser is not the end user of the barcode software, a download link may be generated and forwarded to the end user via email. The purchaser will need to go to Account Login and click "Generate Link," which can be seen at the end of the row for
   Order # 4213.
   
    
8. A public link will be created on the next screen that can be sent out to the end user, as shown below:
   
    
9. If either the customer or end user experience problems downloading the file from the public link, the beginning of the link itself may need to be changed from "http://" to "https://" thereby bypassing the security settings of the network or firewall that may be blocking the download.  For example, IDAutomation's link above begins as:
   http://Store.IDAutomation.com/publicDownloads.asp...
   
   The URL may need to be changed to:
   https://Store.IDAutomation.com/publicDownloads.asp...
    
10. To logout of the store: http://store.idAutomation.com/logout.asp
