How to download software products

To download the software, log back into the IDAutomation store online and click on "my account":
http://store.idautomation.com/login-st-order.asp

Enter the email address and password created at the time of order. Then when logged in, there will be a "My Downloads" link in the upper right hand corner. This will be the location to download the software package.

If not the end user of the software, a download link can be generated and emailed it to the end user. Go back through the Account Login and click "Generate Link" next to the software package and a link will be created that can be sent out to the end user. If experiencing difficulties with downloading the file from the public links, try changing the public link that was created from "http://" to "https://" to bypass the security settings of the network or firewall that is blocking the download.
