Spaces appear between characters of a font

One of the following solutions may solve this problem:

The character spacing option may have to be adjusted in the application. This is a common problem in Microsoft Word for Windows. To solve this issue in Microsoft Word, choose Format - Font - Character Spacing. Spacing and position should both be set to normal.

If a space appears in the printed barcode instead of the barcode symbol for a space, print the barcode symbol representing the space instead of the actual space. Please refer to the Knowledge Base page “cannot print space symbol with barcode font”.

• Fonts with "@" symbol in the font list causing spaces in the barcode font
