Opticon's hand-held ergonomic laser scanner is compatible for all retail industry Point of Sales (POS) systems. This small laser scanner scans both high-density and low-contrast barcodes at 100 scans per second, making it easy to capture barcodes with first-pass scanning. With a pistol-style grip, designed to reduce user-fatigue and physical stress, employees will find it easy-to-use for repetitive scanning at the check out. It is light-weight at 3.5 ounces, however, sturdy enough to withstand five foot drops to concrete.

Free software included: With each purchase of this scanner, a license is provided for the use of IDAutomation's Free Barcode Font and the Free Barcode Label Design Application. Generally, these free products may only be used by non-profit organizations. However, when this scanner is purchased from IDAutomation, a license is granted without this limitation according to the license agreement. The software may be downloaded from the order links below.
