Some applications such as SAP, C++
and a few others require unique font settings.
First, try the non-symbol encoded fonts, which are usually provided in a folder
named "Without Symbol Encoding" in the ZIP file. If your ZIP file does not
contain this folder, then that package does not use symbol encoded fonts. We
understand that using non-symbol encoded fonts can resolve problems in some
applications.
If your Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription is up to date and you have ordered more than 1 Single User License, please email us your OrderID number and the exact name of the font you are trying to get to work. In some cases, we can recompile the font using different settings that these applications favor.
