When opening a file in Microsoft Office 2007 containing Barcode Macros, VBA or ActiveX Controls, a security warning message of "Some active content has been disabled" or "Certain content in the database has been disabled" may appear:

To provide more options, we have added an additional Security font to this package. The new font is a black block background with the numbers in white and the written character embedded into the number itself.

Security Fonts are used to securely print text, names and currency amounts on highly secure documents, such as a bank check, in a manner that cannot be easily altered and may prevent forgery.

The OCR Font Package has been updated with new and improved PCL Fonts. Previously only size 1 was included and now we offer size 1, 3 and 4 in 300 and 600 DPI. These improvements are only offered in the sale version.

We have added the Universal Java Encoder as one of our font tools for the Universal Font. This Java class will convert the data to be encoded into a string of text, combining with IDAutomation's universal bar code font, forming a correct barcode.

The Universal Barcode Font Advantage (TM) is designed to create most linear barcodes as a single font on multiple operating systems and locales, including Double Byte versions of Windows such as those used in China and Japan as well as other Asian locale settings. Includes examples for Visual Basic, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Crystal Reports. Users may receive an Oracle Database Link Error when using IDAutomation Barcode Label Software: 'OraOLEDB' Oracle provider is not registered on the local machine.

If the purchase was before December 2005 through RegNow/Digital River, please contact us with your order ID number and we will send you the updated download link.

If you have an active support agreement through our store, you will need to go back to our store online and go to “my account”: http://store.idautomation.com/login-st-order.asp. To login you will need to enter your user name (your email address) and the password created at the time of order. When you log in, you should see your order and in the upper right hand corner, you will see a "My Downloads” icon link. This will be the location to download the update.

For customers who do not purchase the Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription, support is limited to our online knowledge base and the product support site. Product updates are only provided to customers with an active Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription.
