The AJAX & JavaScript Barcode Generator is native JavaScript that may be easily integrated with AJAX Web Applications and HTML to create bar code images. Because it is native JavaScript, no additional components, fonts or plug-ins need to be installed to create barcodes; it is the complete barcode generator.

This new release contains Codabar, Code 39, Code 128 Auto, Code 128 UCC/EAN, Code 128, Sets A, B and C, Interleaved 2 of 5, MSI and Postnet.

The Native Barcode Generators are objects that may be easily inserted into either Crystal Reports or Microsoft Access to create barcode images. Once installed, no other components or fonts need to be installed to create barcodes; it is the complete barcode generator that stays in the report, even when it is distributed or accessed from a server.

The new release of the 2D version includes the supported linear symbologies of Code 39, Code 128, UCC/EAN-128, MSI, Interleaved 2 of 5, PostNet and the following 2D barcodes PDF417 and now Data Matrix.

We have issued a new release to the ActiveX control of this product resolving an erratum where certain properties values would reset to default under certain conditions. A Native VB Module for Visual Basic, Excel and Access has also been added to the licensed package. This Native VB Module is the complete encoder function in VB form. It may be slower than accessing the ActiveX DLL; however, when distributing an application, the ActiveX DLL does not need to be distributed.
