Product updates & Priority Support RenewalIDAutomation's Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription allows you to receive the latest version of the product, unlimited phone support, priority Help Desk support during work hours and additional help desk support on evenings, weekends and holidays.
If Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription has been purchased: If you have an active Priority Support agreement, log back into our online store and go to “Account” located in the upper right hand corner. On the Account screen, there will be a list of Recent Orders with a summary of what each order contains if there is more than one. Click on the "View Order" button of the order that contains the software to download. The download will be located under Digital Goods section of the online Invoice. For customers who do not purchase the Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription, support is limited to our online knowledge base and the product support site. The
AJAX & JavaScript Barcode Generator is native JavaScript that may be easily
integrated with AJAX Web Applications and HTML to create bar code images.
Because it is native JavaScript, no additional components, fonts or plug-ins
need to be installed to create barcodes; it is the complete barcode generator.
The Native Barcode Generators are objects that may be easily inserted
into either Crystal Reports or Microsoft Access to create barcode images.
Once installed, no other components or fonts need to be installed to create
barcodes; it is the complete barcode generator that stays in the report,
even when it is distributed or accessed from a server. 
We have issued a
new release to the ActiveX control of this product resolving an erratum
where certain properties values would reset to default under certain conditions.
A Native VB Module for Visual Basic, Excel and Access has also been added
to the licensed package. This Native VB Module is the complete encoder function
in VB form. It may be slower than accessing the ActiveX DLL; however, when
distributing an application, the ActiveX DLL does not need to be distributed.
