Symbol CS 1504 Consumer Memory Scanner

With the CS1504, clients simply point and click. Any bar-coded item is quickly and easily scanned and captured by non-volatile memory. Up to 150 barcodes may be stored in the internal memory and deleted by the user at any time. Scanned barcodes are easily uploaded to a host application via cable connection. Plus, the CS 1504 can act as a "tethered" scanner when attached to the host system.

This keychain-sized scanner can be used by anyone to read bar codes found on merchandise or in catalogs from anywhere. Small and lightweight enough to fit in a pocket or purse, this scanner can be used at home, in the store, or on-the-go. It makes scheduled responsibilities, such as reordering groceries or office supplies, quicker and easier. It is perfect for list-making and gift-registry applications, such as weddings and baby showers gift lists.

To transfer barcode data from the scanner to the computer, a third party application software will be required to upload stored data from the scanner to the host computer. (Application software is not included with the scanner.)

NOTE: The manner in which this transfer occurs depends on the specific application. Refer to the application software manual for instructions.
