For operations that either utilize 1D barcodes today with future plans for 2D, or utilize both 1D and 2D symbologies today, the 2D imaging model decodes 1D and 2D bar codes in milliseconds, resetting the bar for imaging technology, eliminating the need to sacrifice scanning performance for 2D versatility.
