New Automation Tool for Easy Barcoding in MS Office, Excel, Access, FrontPage, VB and C++.
(Tampa, FL.) IDAutomation.com, Inc. now offers the Linear Barcode ActiveX
Control, to allow for easy integration of barcode technology directly into
business applications. The Barcode ActiveX Control is an easy to
use "drag and drop" automation tool
that will work in any Windows application that supports ActiveX control technology including
Delphi, Microsoft Access, Office, Word, Excel, Visual Basic, C++, FrontPage and Internet
Explorer web pages. By integrating barcode technology directly into the
application, it is no longer necessary to export the data to a
proprietary label program to print barcodes.
The Linear Barcode ActiveX Control is compatible with Windows 95 or greater
including Windows NT and Windows 2000. Sixteen symbologies are supported including Code 39, Code 128, Interleaved 2 of
5, UPC, EAN, Codabar, PLANET and POSTNET. The control has many advanced features such as
device independent graphics, data binding, adjustable orientation and no runtime
requirements. All functionality is implemented in a single file that is less
than 160K in size, which makes it easy to distribute with other applications.
A single user license for the Linear Barcode ActiveX Control costs $149 and
a royalty-free Developer License costs $596. IDAutomation.com, Inc.
