IDAutomation has released a new update to the PDF417 Font and Encoder for
Windows
(Tampa, FL.) IDAutomation.com, Inc. has released a new update of their PDF417
Font and Encoder for Windows, which allows for easy integration of barcode font technology
directly into business applications. This new release includes updates to the
ActiveX control included in this product and a new Native VB Module for Visual
Basic, Excel and Access has also been added to the licensed package. This Native
VB Module is the complete encoder function in VB form. This advanced PDF417
font uses IDAutomation Vertical Interleaved Technology™ which allows
users to print at smaller X dimensions than competitors’ products and provides
improved overall performance.
The PDF417 Font and Encoder supports Microsoft Windows, UNIX and any other
operating system with a Java Virtual Machine. TrueType, PostScript and PCL
LaserJet
soft fonts are provided. This advanced font product includes multiple encoders
such as the ActiveX Control, Windows DLL, Java Library and .NET DLL components.
In addition to PDF417, this package also supports MacroPDF and Truncated PDF.
Microsoft Access and Visual Basic implementation examples are provided with
the installation.
