IDAutomation announces the release of their IDAutomation Universal Font
Package™
(Tampa, FL.) The newly released Universal Barcode Font Advantage™ is designed
to support most linear barcodes as a single font on multiple operating systems
and locales, including Double Byte versions of Windows such as those used in
China and Japan as well as other Asian locale settings.
- Easily print several barcode types with a single font.
- Compatible with Microsoft Windows (including newly released Vista),
Pocket PC, Macintosh, UNIX, Linux and others.
- Includes examples for Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Crystal Reports.
- Contains over 18 different Code 128 font versions in 6 different font
formats.
- TrueType, OpenType, PCL laserjet soft fonts and PostScript font versions
are included.
- Supports AIM USS Code 128, UCC-128, EAN-128, Code 39, Interleaved 2
of 5, USPS Postnet, Planet, MSI and Codabar.
- Includes Windows DLL and a Crystal UFL; VB and C++ source provided with
the purchase of a Developer License.
The IDAutomation Universal Barcode Font Advantage ™ is much more than just
a few fonts. The package includes 7 different heights of the universal barcode
font as well as the rights to use the font tools, macros and source code for
integration into an application. The font tools provided in this package include
a Native Windows DLL, Crystal Reports UFL, Filemaker Plugin and a Visual Basic
module. The Visual Basic module provided makes calls to the Native Windows DLL.
A complete, native VBA module and other source code including a C++ .H file
is only available with the purchase of a Developer License and a signed Source
