 To Return Downloaded IDAutomation SOFTWARE:

We would like to process your return as quickly as possible. To help us do this, please follow the instructions below. We must have all the information to process your return and refund your purchase. All IDAutomation software products have a 60-day unconditional money back guarantee. *
  1. Destroy the software. If you have not already done so, destroy all copies of the downloaded software now.
  2. Print a completed copy of the Letter of Software Property Destruction Form. This form is required because you gained access to the software after ordering it.
  3. You must fill in ALL fields and blanks including the order number, name, email address and reason for return. Please write or type in English.
  4. Sign the letter. If it is not signed, it cannot be accepted.
  5. Send us the signed letter via fax at 813-354-3583. Or you may mail to:

If we receive the letter postmarked before the end of the return period, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
 
 To Return Downloaded NICELABEL Barcode Label Printing Software:

We would like to process your return as quickly as possible. To help us do this, please follow the instructions below. We must have all the information to process your return and refund your money. Nicelabel International has a 30-day return policy.

  1. Destroy the software. If you have not already done so, destroy all copies of the downloaded software now.
  2. Print out a copy of the Niceware Software License Return Agreement. This form is required because you gained access to the software after ordering it.
  3. You must fill in the product serial number, name, date and signature. Please write or type in English.
  4. Print out a completed copy of the Letter of Software Property Destruction Form. This form is required because you gained access to the software after ordering it.
  5. You must fill in ALL the fields and blanks including the order number, name, email address and reason for return. Please write or type in English.
  6. Sign the letter. If it is not signed, it cannot be accepted.

 To Return HARDWARE or Shipped Product Purchases:

ATTENTION: IDAutomation cannot issue a return for any product that is not defective. Once a product has been opened, it is considered "used" by the manufacturer and is not resalable. If our Distribution Center finds an item that is not defective when their testing has been completed, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

IDAutomation is NOT responsible for taxes, tariffs, and shipping costs on returned products. Please do not send Hardware Returns to IDAutomation.com directly. The hardware return address will be sent to you with your RMA.

NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds of labels or ribbons for any of the printers that IDAutomation offers.

  1. ALL COSTS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
  2. All items returned must be sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.  It is imperative to be able to confirm your return with a Tracking Number (like FedEx or UPS) or Return Receipt (like the USPS).
  3. Shipped products must be returned UNDAMAGED in original shipping containers and packaging. The item will be returned if it is missing parts, manuals or is not in original packaging.
  4. If our Distribution Center finds an item that is not defective when their testing has been completed, is missing parts or is not in the original packaging, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
  5. Hardware product returns must be received within the first 30 days, except for all Symbol Products, which need to be returned in 15 days. After the return period has expired, you must contact the manufacturer of the product for the manufacturer's warranty. 
  6. After submitting your request for a return, you will receive a response from us within 3 working days.
  7. Please do not send Hardware Returns to IDAutomation.com directly. The hardware return address will be sent to you with the RMA.
  8. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning products.
Return Instructions:
  • Submit a Help Desk Ticket for an RMA.
    Please include the following in your correspondence:
      • your full name
      • your order number
      • the product name(s) and quantity being returned
      • the date of purchase
      • the price of the purchase
      • state whether the product is UNOPENED or defective.
      • the reason for your return
  • Upon approval, we will respond with your RMA number and the address to ship the product(s) back to. Please do not send Hardware Returns to IDAutomation.com directly. The hardware return address will be sent to you with your RMA.
  • Immediately ship the product to the address given. It must be received within 30 days of your purchase for credit to be given. Remember, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS (shipping, taxes, tariffs, etc.) on return items. In addition, all items returned must be sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.  RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days and products received with an expired or invalid RMA number will be returned.
  • Once the product is received and confirmed UNOPENED or defective, your order will be refunded.
  • There may be a restocking fee accessed depending on the condition of the product when returned.

NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for any of the labels or ribbons for any of the printers that we resell.
