IDAutomation.com, Inc. Small Company Agreement

The rights of the Developer License are granted to your organization if it has a gross annual revenue or funding of less than 2 million U.S. Dollars (or equivalent amount in a foreign currency) and if your organization purchases either three (3) Single User Licenses for the same font product or two (2) Single User Licenses for a component that is a non-font product or (1) Small Company Distribution License and sends us a signed copy of this agreement. To validate this agreement, please print this form, fill it out, have a director, officer or manager sign and date the bottom and fax it to us at 813-354-3583.

As used in this License Agreement, “You” shall mean the individual using or installing the software product (hereinafter referred to as Software) together with any individual or entity, including but not limited to your employer, on whose behalf you are acting in using or installing the Software. You shall be the “Licensee” under this License Agreement. This Small Company License Agreement constitutes an additional agreement between you and IDAutomation.com, Inc. in addition to the license terms for Software. No amendment or modification may be made to this Agreement except in writing signed by you and IDAutomation.com, Inc.

License Purchase Requirement:
This Developer License right grant requires either three (3) Single User Licenses for the same font product or two (2) Single User Licenses for a component that is non-font product or one (1) Small Company Distribution License. In the event these licenses are terminated because of product return, fraud, license transfer or any other condition that terminates the original license for Software, this agreement shall be terminated also and You will be required to purchase additional licenses to maintain compliance.
