Use the Native Barcode Generator to embed barcode functionality into the Access database.

  • The best option for custom applications or databases that are distributed.
  • After the Native Barcode Generator is imported into a database, no other components or fonts need to be installed to create barcodes.
  • Complete VBA source code is provided for custom modifications.
Easily integrate the ActiveX Control to create barcode images from a drag-and-drop object.
Prices from $199
Use Code 39 Barcode Fonts with a control source formula in an Access report.
Prices from $139
  • The best option when the barcode type does not matter and the data is numbers and/or uppercase letters.
  • Requires the applicable barcode font(s) to be installed on every computer that generates barcodes.
  • The Barcode Font is not designed specifically for Access, and it is compatible with many other applications.
Use the VBA Macros with Barcode Fonts.
Prices from $139
  • Easy implementation with many barcode types supported including Linear, OneCode, PDF417 and Data Matrix.
  • Requires the applicable barcode font(s) to be installed on every computer that generates barcodes.
  • When using the Universal Barcode Font, a single font may be used to create multiple barcode types.
  • Barcode Fonts are not designed specifically for Access, and are compatible with many other applications.
Use Barcode Label Software to print labels from data in Microsoft Access
Prices from $139
  • The best option when labels need to be printed from data in Access and it is not desired to create a report in Access itself.
  • The Barcode Label Software is not designed specifically for Access, and it is compatible with many other applications.
Use the Image Generator to create and paste static barcode images into Access.
Prices from $99
  • Barcodes must be created one at a time with this product.
  • The Image Generator is not designed specifically for Access, and it is compatible with many other applications.
