Consumable programs are applications designed to be used with web services. They have the intelligence to take the raw XML and rebuild it into a format more user friendly. The IDAutomation Barcode Webservice comes bundled with two consumable test applications which can be used to test the configuration of the Webservice. The source code for both of these applications is also included for future reference, with one of them written in Visual Basic, and the other C#. Both of the consumable programs bundled with the IDAutomation Barcode WebService take a Byte stream and rebuild it into the appropriate image format (JPEG, GIF, etc.).

These programs provide an easy way to test your WebService, as well as provide code examples for the end user or developer.
