When attempting to print from the Barcode Label Software, the labels may not print correctly on a thermal barcode printer. This problem is usually caused by the printer driver.
Please verify that the printer prints correctly from another application or from a self test and check the printer for proper paper, etc.
If the printer is working properly, the following may solve the problem:
- Choose Start - Settings - Printers.
- Right click on the printer and choose Properties.
- In the Device Settings tab, choose the labels that are loaded in the printer and choose Apply or OK.
- Exit the printer dialog and try printing again.
If the above does not fix the problem, set the margins and paper size manually as described in the Specified Paper Size Printer Error page.
If the problems still exist, contact the printer manufacturer for an updated printer driver.
