security, compatibility and supported barcode symbology
updates. Please consider updating to the latest version
of all software products by ordering the one year Priority Support and
Upgrade Subscription, which includes the following:

your purchased product via download link, which can be accessed after
logging in to your
IDAutomation account.
- Priority Technical Support is available via telephone,
email,
online
chat or the support forum, generally within 15 minutes during business hours,
and up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays when
the office is closed. Customers with an active support subscription will receive
priority assistance over those customers who do not.
- Extended Support is available from our development staff for product
integration and troubleshooting via the above contact methods in addition to
remote desktop, when necessary, which allows our support staff to access your
system for especially difficult-to-resolve issues.
For customers that do not have an active Priority Support
and Upgrade Subscription, support is limited to the
expansive
IDAutomation
Knowledge Base.

support charges
are necessary to cover the costs of future development, support
and testing. Support services are available for IDAutomation products only.
IDAutomation does not provide consulting services or troubleshoot
custom source code. For more information on support limitations,
refer to the
IDAutomation statement of support. The Priority Support & Upgrade Subscription will ensure
up-to-date products are made available and that they are fully
compatible with the latest standards, specifications and operating
systems. Not only do IDAutomation components have to be compatible
with current operating systems, they must also comply with current
symbology specifications. The software products are created
to operate on current operating systems and applications. However,
a guarantee cannot be made that the product purchased today
will operate properly in future operating systems and applications
nor that they will comply with future symbology specifications. |
