IDAutomation ActiveX Barcode Controls are easy-to-use components that generate barcodes without using fonts or bitmaps. This product was compiled in C++ using ATL templates, which means it is very efficient, and without any runtime dependencies. Similar barcode types are grouped into single advanced DLL files, which also function as an OCX.
The purchased version is fully-functional and does not require license keys or activation. To avoid software conflicts, please uninstall the evaluation before installing the purchased version.
Linear Version
In this evaluation version, an intermittent "DEMO" watermark may appear in the barcode which can cause scanner read errors. For testing purposes, the barcode can be read by scanning the lower portion of the barcode that does not contain watermarks.
2D Version
In 2D barcodes, the demo watermark may or may not appear. However, in many cases, the text of "DEMO" along with a CR and LF function will be encoded in the barcode. Therefore, if symbol size is being evaluated, the purchased version should be used.
