Order Process For Verified Resellers

The IDAutomation Order Process for Resellers allows resellers to drop-ship products to customers without stocking inventory. Reseller coupon codes are only available to existing official resellers at this time as IDAutomation has discontinued the reseller program. In lieu of the reseller program, you may consider becoming an official IDAutomation Affiliate.

  1. All orders are processed electronically via the IDAutomation Online Store.
  2. Resellers are to order online via credit card. IDAUTOMATION.COM, INC. will appear on the customer's credit card statement.
  3. To place an order, click the Order Now button from any IDAutomation product page.
  4. The Billing Address fields should reflect the Reseller's information including the billing address of the credit card being used for payment.
  5. The Shipping Address fields should reflect the address where the product will ship, or where the product will be in use. Click "Ship To a Different Address" and enter the name and address of the customer/client to whom the product will be licensed. The product will be licensed to the customer defined in the shipping address.
  6. If there are any items purchased that require physical shipment, select the desired shipping method. Only one USB Flash Drive may be shipped per license.
  7. To receive the 20% Reseller discount, enter the Reseller Code in the "Coupon or Promotional" field in the upper right portion of the payment page and click Apply.
    Enter Reseller code in the Coupon Code area to receive the reseller discount.
  8. Under the Payment Method section, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. The next section under Payment Methods offers various choices of payment. For Reseller orders, IDAutomation accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
  9. Online credit card orders are usually approved immediately, although some orders may require additional verification and may need to be processed manually.
  10. An "Order Notes" section is provided after the order has been submitted so resellers can add any additional information needed, such as internal PO numbers or other notes regarding the order.
  11. Order confirmation invoices and instructions to access download links will be emailed to the reseller email address associated with the order immediately after approval. Resellers must download the product .zip files and deliver them directly to their clients via email, Dropbox, or another file transfer method.
  12. After the order is complete, the end user automatically registered for technical support a complimentary 60-day Level 2 Support Subscription to assist with product integration.
