The IDAutomation MaxiCode Font and Encoder is a collection of components that generate Maxicode barcode symbols with fonts and graphics. Maxicode is an international 2D (two-dimensional) barcode that is used by UPS on shipping labels for world-wide addressing and package sortation. MaxiCode symbols are fixed in size and are made up of offset rows of hexagonal modules arranged around a unique finder pattern.

• The advanced 2D MaxiCode barcode font uses IDAutomation Vertical Interleaved Technology™, which allows increased throughput and printing at small X dimensions.
• Compatible with Crystal Reports 9 and above.
• Tilde functions allow an easy method of encoding functions including RS, GS and EOT.
• The source code for any single MaxiCode encoder may be provided with the purchase of the Unlimited Developer License and a signed source code license agreement.
• Multiple fonts are provided - When a license is purchased, the following versions are provided:
  • TTF fonts are supplied as digitally signed, OpenType fonts with TrueType outlines. They are compatible with Macintosh OS-X and all versions of Microsoft Windows®, including 2000, XP, Vista, 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Mobile.
  • PostScript Type 1 fonts are supplied in binary (PFB) and ASCII (PFA).
  • A 300dpi PCL laserjet soft font is also included.
  • Any purchase of this font license grants the right for conversion to other formats as necessary.
