With each software package purchase, automatic registration, Lifetime Level 1 Support, and one incident of Level 2 support are provided for the first 30 days. Level 2 support and upgrades may be provided beyond the complimentary 30-day period for a fraction of the license cost.
When purchasing support at the same time as ordering the product, select the software product first. If support is purchased after the subscription has expired, a late fee may be assessed based on the time of expiration.
