RedBeam Inventory Tracking Software system is the easiest way to keep inventory records current with the most intuitive and affordable inventory tracking software solution available. Managers know that tracking inventory accurately is vital to improving efficiency and ensuring sufficient inventory levels. RedBeam Inventory Tracking Software is inventory control software designed to help control inventory levels and item movements within a warehouse, a distribution center, stock room or store. RedBeam Inventory Tracking comes in two editions, standard and mobile. The standard edition allows for data collection using barcode scanners attached to desktops or laptops. The mobile edition allows for data collection using cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations as well as the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers.

Start out by barcoding all inventoried items. All RedBeam software packages come with barcode labels that can be printed to any standard laser printer making it easier to barcode each item in your inventory. You can also print a barcoded item catalog from the system making it easier for customers to place their orders without clerical errors. With barcodes on every item, you can use a barcode scanner to receive, issue or adjust inventory as well as periodically take a physical inventory to keep inventory quantities up to date. RedBeam Inventory Tracking Software can generate inventory reports and print or export to Microsoft Excel. Run reports on current inventory quantities to be able to reorder and track items that are out-of-stock or overstocked. Accurate inventories can identity shrinkage by using physical inventory reports.
